Mrs. Nicole Reich, Principal

It is with great pride that I serve as the principal of Canyon Ridge Elementary!

Throughout my career, I have served as a teacher, literacy instructional coach and campus administrator. My journey in education has allowed me to work with students across all grade levels in elementary.

As the principal of Canyon Ridge, I am committed to embracing the positive traditions and practices that are already in place while striving towards success for the future. My goal is to work alongside the staff, parents and the community to continue this great legacy for our students. We will continue to put students first and work diligently to ensure their success.

I believe all children should receive an exemplary education in an environment that is safe and conducive to learning. Together we can help our children excel and provide them with an education that is second to none. I am excited about all we will accomplish together for our children and look forward to celebrating our collective success at Canyon Ridge.

Emma Saldaña, Assistant Principal

As Assistant Principal of Canyon Ridge Elementary School, I am honored to serve a campus community that is dedicated to student success, meaningful relationships, and academic excellence. I believe every child deserves equitable opportunities, high-quality instruction, and a supportive environment where they can thrive both academically and personally.

Throughout my career in education, I have had the privilege of serving as a dual language classroom teacher, bilingual instructional coach, district bilingual instructional and compliance specialist, and campus administrator. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to supporting students, empowering educators, and partnering with families to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Having lived in communities across Texas and California, I value the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that students and families bring to our schools. Those experiences have shaped my belief that strong relationships, collaboration, and a culture of belonging are essential to student success.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking with my husband, and traveling whenever we have the opportunity.

I am proud to serve the Canyon Ridge community and look forward to working alongside our students, families, and staff to create a learning environment where every Coyote is supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
